Worth the price in comparison to all weekly rentals in Midland/Odessa. Owners are very nice and accommodating. It s January 2014, the oil boom, extended stays are expensive, and you will maximize on your dollar here. At $375/week you get wifi, cable, and a decent room in a safe area. Value Inn Place is $600 plus a week. Breakfast is $5 at Burger King. It s your money and I guarantee this is a place you will get more bang for your buck. I always bring a container of Clorox wipes whether it s Studio 6 or the Holiday Inn.
A great place to stay, excellent staff, and very reasonable prices. One thing that keeps me coming back is the on site washer and dryer. Very convenient for me. Highly recommend this place.

I’ve been around motel rooms and hotels rooms and this is the best one I’ve stayed at staff are awesome since you walk in to check in they welcome you with a great attitude that’s the awesome thing and my room was excellent no problems at all everything in order it’s quite peaceful and the price was awesome because others are expensive i will like to give my thanks to the owners for their great service.
The owners and staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the price is very reasonable. If you are out of town for work = Stay Here ! Great Place !

Extended stay while working in area. Nice size rooms, clean, comfy beds, plenty of hot water if you like long showers, price is great especially for this area.
